our policy

For hygiene reasons, exchange is only offered within 48hrs of recieveing a defected scarf or a wrong scarf other than the one you ordererd, provided it’s in it’s original condition, unworn and with tags on.

Please email us at help@youremma.com within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Don’t use the product or remove it’s tags.

If upon inspection, item is found to be defected, EMMA will replace your order with a product of same design and color. If product is out of stock then you will receive store credit.

EMMA will not be able to replace your order if:

  • You don’t notify us within 48 hours of receipt of order,
  • Product has been worn or even tried on leaving perfume scent, makeup stains or pin holes,
  • Tags have been removed.

لأسباب النظافة الصحية ،  الاستبدال يتم فقط في حالة وصول ايشارب به عيب او ايشارب مختلف عن ما تم طلبه ويتم إخطارنا  خلال 48 ساعة من الاستلام. الاستبدال يتم في حالة انه ما زال في حالته الاصلية غير مستخدم و ما   زال يحمل الكارت المعلق بالمنتج

إذا تم العثور على عيب في الإيشارب,  EMMA سوف تستبدله لك بنفس المنتج . إن لم يكن مازال متاح، ستحصل على نقاط في حسابك بقيمة المبلغ.

لن نستطيع أن نستبدل في حالة:

عدم اخبارنا خلال 48 ساعة من الاستلام الطلب  – 

 استخدام المنتج أو تجربته مما ينتج عن ترك رائحة عطر فيه، آثار مستحضرات تجميل او اثار استخدام دبوس – 

تم ازالة الكارت المعلق بالمنتج – 

 

Shopping online

We don’t have a physical store, all orders are placed online through our website. We try as much as apossible to help you make a good decision by depecting the product as clear as possible.

Photos of models, close ups, descriptions, customer photos and reviews will all help you find the scarf of choice.

Note though that there are limitations to photography as lighting differences can alter slightly the colors of a scarf. Moreover, the colors would look differently from a device screen to another and light adjustments on each device to another.

With all those limitations , we still try our best to make the colors look as close as techincally it is possible to the colors in real life.

 

Our Circle of Love Rewards Program unlocks exclusive access to loyalty discounts and birthday gift coupons.

Rewards points are subject to the EMMA terms of service. Points cannot be redeemed for cash. If you return a purchase, any points earned on that purchase will be deducted from your rewards balance. EMMA reserves the right to void points deemed to be fraudulently earned.

EMMA reserves the right to limit the usage of coupons in certain situations like during promotions or campaigns. Kindly contact a customer service representive before making an order during such times.

 

Shipping

Order processing

We process your order as soon as it’s placed, and we send it out as soon as possible. Orders placed on working days before 4:00pm are sent out same day to courier, oders placed after 4:00pm are sent out the next working day. Courier then takes 3-8 working days to deliver. Our working hours/days are Saturday-Thursday 9-5pm. That said, during peak times such as new product launches, restocks, seasonal or religious holidays, delivery may be delayed.

If your order is still processing, that means it’s being packed and ready. Once it’s completed that means it left our office. Any changes can be made to the order while it’s still processing. We can not make any changes, or cancel your order, once it had left our office and is marked completed on the system.

 

Shipping within Egypt

Delivery takes 3-8 working days, although frequently courier exceeds expectations and delivers faster than that, but that’s not guaranteed 🙂 

 

Shipping INTERNATIONALLY 

We offer trackable flat-rate international shipping via Aramex, which takes between 14-21 working days according to location. 

International orders may be subject to customs duties, which are determined by the destination country’s government. EMMA is not responsible for customs charges or delays incurred on international orders.
