What will you do?

Our office admin & production assistant is the backbone of EMMA. They are responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the office environment. Their duties encompass a wide range of tasks, including administrative support, record-keeping, studio management and communications. Occasionally would assist Production Team on their outdoor shoots.

You will:
– Assist with bookkeeping and budgeting: Managing expenses, tracking invoices, and assisting with financial tasks.
– Managing office supplies: Ordering and maintaining inventory of necessary supplies.
– Maintaining office equipment: Ensuring equipment is in good working order and arranging for repairs when needed.
– Answering phone calls, emails, and correspondence: Handling general inquiries and directing them appropriately.
– Organizing and maintaining files: Managing both physical and digital records, including documents, reports, and correspondence.
– Overseeing office maintenance: Ensuring the office is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
– Assisting in monthly outdoor shoots; pre, during and post shoot preps.

This is a full time, office based , female position.
