Operation Specialist

We are looking for a full time hands-on E-Commerce Operations Specialist to manage online store operations and ensure a smooth and fast shipping experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process daily online orders accurately and on time
  • Coordinate with delivery partners

Requirements

  • Strong organization & attention to detail
  • Preferable 1–3 years experience in e-commerce, operations, or logistics
  • Good command of English
  • Experience with Shopify or similar platforms is a plus
  • Based close to New Cairo

Community Moderator

Responsible for nurturing and engaging with EMMA’s community through our social media platforms. (Hybrid Full-time)

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Interacting with our customers through our social media platforms.
•⁠ ⁠Nurture our Circle of Love community.
•⁠ ⁠Maintaining positive brand culture across all platforms.

Requirements

  • •⁠ ⁠Positive attitude, detail & customer oriented.
    •⁠ ⁠Great multitasking and organizational ability.
    •⁠ ⁠Fluent English with excellent writing skills.

Quality Control & Packing

Responsible for product inspection and quality control as well as order preparation and packing. (Full time On-site)

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring products are inspected thoroughly for quality assurance and maintaining the EMMA standard.
  • Carefully handling order preparation and packaging.

Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Great multitasking and organizational ability.
